GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW
In Real Freekick 3D, you can choose a favorite soccer team to take control of. Your digital team will then compete in a tournament alongside various other teams. You start at the semifinal; each time you win, you move up a space. If you don’t win, you will be stuck at the current tier. Your ultimate goal is to defeat all opponents and stand at the highest place on the podium of victory. A match usually lasts for 90 seconds. You will take turns controlling both the shooter and the goalie. If you control the kicker, you will have to determine the ball path, curve and strength to score. If you guide the goalie, you will have to control the ball catch timing and direction.
How to Control
All of the actions can be done with the left mouse button. Still, there are some specific mechanics you need to take notice of:
- The shooter will have to focus on three elements of a kick: direction, curve and strength. Each element has a zone on the game’s interface. You can adjust them by left-clicking on each zone.
- Once the AI opponent shoots their ball, the goalie has to wait and click at the appeared red dot right after it turns to blue. Click too soon or too late, and the opponent will score.
